Terms of Service

1) Once the payment has been received we will contact you to schedule the first lesson and/or arrange the course schedule.
2) The lessons can be rescheduled or cancelled during the week.
3) If the lesson is cancelled with less than 24h notice it will count as taken.
4) For questions, requests, cancellations or updates on classes, please contact us at
5) The course can be postponed due to health conditions, work or holidays. However, the course can not be cancelled.
6) In case the student can not make use of the course they purchased, it is possible to give it away to somebody else.
7) The time zone to be used will be GTM+1, taking Madrid and Paris as a reference.
8) In the case of an online course for two people where one of the students can not attend the lesson, the class will be held, unless a previous agreement between the students and teacher to move the lesson to another time.
